All watches sold through our website are Non-Returnable due to the nature of premium authentication, precision inspection, and packaging protocols. Each order undergoes quality verification before dispatch, ensuring the product you receive is genuine, tested, and certified.

Non-Returnable Terms

  • All purchases are final and non-returnable.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or wearability reasons.

  • Once the seal and quality tags are opened/removed, the product is considered owned and used.

  • Packaging, engraving, strap adjustment, and protective films once removed are classified as non-reversible actions, thereby making the product ineligible for return.

Damage / Manufacturing Defect Clause

Although returns are not accepted, the brand is committed to mechanical reliability.

You are eligible for inspection & repair under warranty if:

  • The product is received with mechanical defect or non-functioning movement

  • The watch stops working under standard usage within the warranty period

  • Internal mechanism failure is identified by our service team

Note:
Any claim must include:

  • Unboxing video with no cuts/edits

  • Full product visuals: watch, tags, box, outer packaging

  • Purchase invoice

Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Physical damage, accidental drops, dents, cracked glass

  • Strap wear & tear due to regular use

  • Moisture / water exposure beyond rating limits

  • Unauthorized repair attempts by third-party service centers

  • Cosmetic discomfort (size, color preference, weight, fit)

  • Luxury watches require careful handling.

  • Our inspection ensures that every watch delivered is authentic, unused, and factory-tested.

  • Once sold, the product cannot be resold, re-tagged, or re-polished — hence non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Policy

All watches sold are Non-Returnable.

  • No returns accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or wearability.

  • Once seals, tags, films, or protective packaging are removed, the product is considered owned and used.

  • Adjusted straps, engraved pieces, or customized configurations are non-reversible and non-returnable.

Every unit is pre-tested, verified, and humidity-protected before dispatch, making returns commercially and technically non-viable.

Refund Policy

While our watches are non-returnable, refunds may be considered only under rare and valid conditions listed below:

✔ Eligible for Refund

  • Package received in damaged condition due to courier mishandling

  • Wrong product delivered (model/variant mismatch)

  • Product completely non-functional upon arrival

Mandatory Requirement for Refund Claim

To initiate a refund request:

  • Unboxing video from the moment the package is opened (no cuts/edits)

  • Clear footage of outer box, inner box, watch, tags & warranty card

  • Purchase invoice

  • Personal dislike of color, size, fit, weight (Please read all details on product Page)

  • Minor delivery delays

  • Strap wear & tear over time

  • Physical damage after opening

  • Accidental breakage, dents, water exposure beyond rating

  • Self-repair or third-party repair attempts

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after verification.

Warranty & Repair Support

Every watch is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty for movement and internal mechanical reliability.

  • Internal movement malfunction

  • Factory defect in mechanism detected post-purchase

❌ Not Covered by Warranty

  • Glass cracks, dents, accidental drops

  • Cosmetic wear due to use

  • Strap discoloration, scratches, or buckle wear

  • Moisture or water damage beyond rated limit

  • Third-party repairs / unauthorized servicing

Warranty support will be provided via inspection & service repair, not replacement or refund.

Important Information

  • Each watch undergoes final testing before dispatch.

  • Extreme precision products cannot be re-tagged or resold once opened — hence strict non-returnable policy.

  • Our goal is to protect buyers from refurbished and repackaged returns that compromise luxury standard

Cancellation Policy

At Serein Luxury, each order is processed with precision and packaged with utmost care. To maintain efficiency and product authenticity, we follow the cancellation guidelines below:

1. Order Cancellation Timeline

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, only if the product has not yet been dispatched.

  • Once the order status changes to “Processed / Packed / Shipped”, cancellation will not be possible.

2. How to Request Cancellation

To cancel your order within the allowed window, please email us at:

Include:

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Reason for Cancellation

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

  • Transaction charges / payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
4. Special Conditions
  • COD Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed by phone/WhatsApp.

  • If a customer refuses to accept the parcel upon delivery, future COD orders may be restricted for that customer.

  • In rare cases where cancellation is required by us (unforeseen stock or logistics issues), full refund will be initiated without deductions.

5. Custom / Limited Edition Orders

  • No cancellation is allowed for custom-engraved, personalised, pre-booked, or limited edition pieces once the order has been placed.
